All payments must be up front.

A fee may occur with redo requests, depending on how many are being requested and the amount of effort required per request.

Refunds are only available for 72 hours after funds are sent to me, and only prior to the completion of the piece.

I can refuse and/or refund a commission for any reason. I will let the commissioner know as soon as possible in these instances.

You must credit me if you post your commission on public social media sites.

You are not permitted to use my work for commercial purposes without permission.

I retain the rights to the art piece, however, the buyer still retains the rights to their character(s).

You are not permitted to use my art in the sale of NFTs, with the use of AI, or use my art in any transaction involving cryptocurrency.
